What’s your brand philosophy?
We believe coffee should be exquisite yet approachable. Our brand celebrates craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and the joy of sharing coffee—from quiet mornings to bustling cafés.
Where are you located?
Our roastery and showroom are based in Quezon City. We welcome visits from wholesale customers by appointment and ship locally and soon internationally.
Do you have a physical store?
We operate primarily online, but select products are available through partner retailers and pop-up events. Follow us on social media for updates.
Coffee & Sourcing
Where do your beans come from?
We source from trusted farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, and beyond. Each origin is chosen for its quality, sustainability, and unique flavor profile.
Are your coffees organic or fair trade?
Many of our offerings are certified organic or fair trade. Others come from small farms practicing sustainable methods without formal certification. Full sourcing details are listed on each product page.
How do you ensure ethical sourcing?
We prioritize direct trade relationships, pay above-market rates, and support long-term partnerships that benefit farming communities.
Do you offer limited or seasonal releases?
Absolutely. We release small-batch, seasonal coffees throughout the year—often tied to harvest cycles or festive themes.

How do I choose the right coffee for me?

Can I request a custom roast profile?
Yes, especially for wholesale clients or bulk orders. We collaborate on roast development to meet your flavor and brewing goals.
What flavor notes should I expect?
Each coffee has a unique profile—ranging from floral and citrus to chocolate and spice. We provide detailed tasting notes and brewing suggestions for every product.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse our online shop, select your products, and check out securely. For wholesale or custom orders, visit our Wholesale page or contact us directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we dont ship internationally but have plans to in the near future.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we don’t accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?
Yes. Our subscription service lets you choose your favorite coffee, delivery frequency, and roast level—so you never run out.
Education & Support
Do you offer coffee training or workshops?
Yes this is something we are planning to provide our customers in the near future so stay tuned. Topics include brewing techniques, sensory training, latte art, and café operations.
Where can I learn more about coffee?

Can I contact someone for help?
